Founders & Leadership
Dylan Okoye
Six years as a clinical informatics specialist at a Durham-area academic medical center, building EHR reporting pipelines for research networks affiliated with the region's major health systems. Watched CROs lose weeks to manual chart review for data that was already structured in the EHR. Founded Cohortbridge in 2024 to build the matching infrastructure the industry was missing.

Priya Srinivasan
Clinical informatics engineer with deep experience in FHIR R4 API development for research applications. Previously built EHR data extraction and normalization pipelines for health system research networks, including SMART on FHIR application development for Epic environments. Joined as co-founder to build the Cohortbridge matching engine architecture.

Marcus Chen
Eight years in CRO feasibility operations, managing site networks for Phase II/III studies across cardiometabolic, CNS, and immunology indications. Has directly experienced the manual chart review problem from the CRO side — building site feasibility estimates, managing CRA time allocation, and delivering enrollment timelines to sponsors under tight deadlines. Leads health system and CRO partnerships at Cohortbridge.
Aisha Lewis
EHR analytics and clinical NLP background, with a focus on structured data extraction from clinical records for research applications. PhD in Biomedical Informatics from a Research Triangle university. Leads the criteria parsing layer and eligibility confidence scoring methodology at Cohortbridge.

Former Principal Investigator at a major academic medical center. 20+ years in Phase II/III oncology and rare disease clinical trials. Advises on IRB compliance and clinical feasibility methodology.

25 years in clinical research operations at mid-size and large CROs. Former VP of Operations. Advises on CRO workflows, feasibility process design, and sponsor relationship management.
